Based in Utrecht, Lyrae began DJ’ing while drawn to the craft as a way to explore and share the power of music. There’s mystery and curiosity in her sound, inviting others to lose themselves and, at the same time, discover something new within.

With a foundation in progressive house, Lyrae’s music flows through layers of hypnotic rhythms and lush builds, drawing listeners into an almost dreamlike state before guiding them into movement. Her genre-blending mixes, weaving progressive trance, breakbeat, and more, create a tapestry of sound that feels both otherworldly and uplifting. Since those first explorations behind the decks, Lyrae has grown steadily, now playing at spaces she admires: EKKO, TivoliVredenburg, NAR, Kabul à GoGo, and Soenda Festival.
